Cancellation Policy
In order to guarantee a booking, the client needs to realize a down payment of 50% (fifty percent). The remaining amount needs to be settled prior to departure.
The sum of these amounts is known as the “charter price”.
In the unlikely event of having to cancel the chartered boat, the following refunds of the charter price will be paid:
- FULL REFUNDS: All bookings cancelled at least two weeks prior to departure
- 50% REFUND: All bookings cancelled between 14 and 10 days prior to departure
- 25% REFUND: All bookings cancelled between 9 and 5 days prior to departure
- NO REFUND: All bookings cancelled with less than 4 days prior to departure
NOTE: In case that the meteorological conditions do not allow the charter to take place on the reserved date, as a first option, we will try to reschedule the charter day another date that is feasible for the client and on which the ship is available. In case it is not possible, the client will receive a full refund. This will be applied by winds gusts of 25 knots and above and / or rain at the time of departure.

Please find below a detailed cancellation Policy for “Force Majeure” related to the COVID – 19 Pandemic Identified by the World Health Organization in March 2020.
Should Spanish Restrictions mean that entry to the Ibiza Island is NOT permitted a FULL REFUND will be given.
Should the country of Residence / Departure implement measures restricting departure a VOUCHER will be offered valid for 18 months from the day of the Charter.
