You depart from Marina Ibiza and the route is built around you — this is a private boat in Ibiza for your group alone, never a shared departure. Fuel is settled separately at the end of the day on actual consumption, and your captain gives you the estimate before you leave, so there are no surprises. Spanish charter regulations cap the party at 11 guests, crew not counted. Bring your own food and drinks — every yacht has a fridge on board — or ask us for the gourmet catering option. Children are welcome, with approved life jackets on board, and so are dogs, as long as you tell us when you book.
Open deck or coupé: which De Antonio yacht to charter in Ibiza
The D32, D34, D36, D42 and D46 are open yachts: a completely open deck with fore and aft sundecks, built around De Antonio’s hidden outboard engines, which is what gives these boats more usable deck than inboard yachts of the same length. For couples and small groups, the D32 and D36 are the natural choice. The D42 is our most requested boat charter in Ibiza. If you want the other end of the scale, the D50 Coupé is an enclosed hardtop with air conditioning and a retractable roof — closed and climatised while you cruise, open to the sun once you anchor.

How far in advance should I book a yacht charter in Ibiza?
In high season (June to September) we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for our most in-demand models like the D42 Open. In May and October there is more availability and you can book with less lead time. In any case, contact our team as early as possible to secure your preferred yacht and dates.
How many people can come on board a De Antonio yacht?
Under Spanish regulations, the maximum number of passengers on a charter is 11, not counting the crew. In our fleet, capacity varies by model: the D32 takes up to 9 guests, the D34 and D36 up to 11 guests, and the D42, D46 and D50 up to 12 guests. If your group is larger, we can arrange two boats sailing in tandem.
Is fuel included in the yacht charter price?
No, fuel is paid separately at the end of the day based on actual consumption. The cost depends on the route taken and the model. Our captain optimises the route to balance the enjoyment of the day with reasonable consumption. Before departure we will inform you of the estimated fuel cost so there are no surprises.
Can we bring our own food and drinks on board?
Yes, all our boats have a fridge on board and you can bring whatever you like. We also offer a gourmet catering service if you prefer not to worry about anything — from informal sharing food to full menus. Contact us and we will prepare the option that best suits your group.
Can children come on board a yacht in Ibiza?
Absolutely. Our De Antonio Yachts are fully prepared for families with children of all ages. We have approved children’s life jackets on board and our captains adapt the route choosing calm and sheltered coves, ideal for the little ones to enjoy swimming and snorkelling in complete safety.
Can I tip the captain?
Tips are entirely voluntary. If you are happy with your captain’s service, the standard in the nautical sector is to leave between 5% and 10% of the charter price at the end of the day. Our captains appreciate it but never expect it — their priority is that you enjoy your day at sea to the fullest.
What is the difference between an open yacht and a coupé yacht?
An open yacht like our D32, D34, D36, D42 and D46 has a completely open deck with spacious sundecks — ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the open air. The coupé yacht, like our D50 Coupé Kaizen, has an enclosed hardtop with air conditioning, offering a level of comfort similar to a superyacht. It is the ideal choice for those seeking maximum exclusivity or for charter days with strong sun or wind.
What happens if there is bad weather or rough seas on my charter day in Ibiza?
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions do not allow safe navigation, our team will contact you in advance to offer an alternative date at no extra cost. Our professional captains monitor the maritime forecast continuously. On days with slightly choppy seas, the captain will adapt the route to navigate through wind-sheltered areas, always guaranteeing a comfortable and safe experience on board your De Antonio Yachts.
Can pets come on board the yacht?
Yes — at De Antonio Yachts Ibiza we are pet friendly. Your dog is welcome on board as long as you let us know when booking so we can prepare the boat accordingly. We recommend bringing fresh water for your pet, a towel and sun protection during the hottest hours of the day. Our captain will choose coves with easy water access so your pet can also enjoy the swim.
