What's Included in Your Charter
Price includes
Professional captain, VAT, full insurance, towels, water and soft drinks, snacks, glasses and tableware, bluetooth, paddle board, snorkels, inflatables.
Price does not include
Fuel consumption (depending on the route chosen by the client), hostess (€150 + VAT on request) and SeaBob (€300 + VAT on request).
Notes
We do not accept external SeaBobs. They must be hired through De Antonio Yachts Ibiza.
For new clients, a 30% deposit may be requested as A.P.A. From this deposit we deduct fuel consumption, other expenses incurred during the day charter, as well as any damage to the boat, if any.
50% deposit to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is paid before boarding. We accept bank transfer, card and cash.
If weather conditions do not allow safe navigation, we offer a date change at no cost. If rescheduling is not possible, full refund.
Maximum capacity: 9 guests + skipper. Pets allowed with prior notice. You can bring your own food and drinks.

Charter Terms for the De Antonio Yachts D28 in Ibiza
Everything you need to know before boarding
Schedule
The day charter has a duration of 8 hours. Standard schedule from 10:00 to 18:00, adjustable according to your preferences. Meeting point: Marina Ibiza, Passeig Joan Carles I. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for check-in with your skipper.
Booking and payment
0% deposit to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is paid before boarding. We accept bank transfer, card and cash. You’ll receive an email confirmation with contract, terms and exact mooring location.
Fuel
Fuel is not included in the price. It is invoiced based on actual consumption at the end of the day. The D28 Habeas Corpus has an average consumption of 70 litres/hour at cruising speed — the most efficient in our entire fleet. Your skipper optimises the route to balance enjoyment and fuel use.
Cancellation and bad weather
If weather conditions do not allow safe navigation, we offer a date change at no cost. If rescheduling is not possible, full refund. You don’t lose your money.
On-board rules
Maximum capacity: 9 guests + skipper. Pets allowed with prior notice. You can bring your own food and drinks. Drug use and any behaviour that compromises safety are prohibited.

The De Antonio Yachts D28 was for years the most iconic and successful model in the compact range of the Barcelona shipyard De Antonio Yachts — the boat with which thousands of owners across Europe entered the brand’s universe.
Its commercial success was such that it set the standard for walk-arounds with hidden outboard engines under 9 metres in length, a formula that no other manufacturer had managed to replicate with the same elegance. Its hull manufactured by infusion provides lightness and robustness, eliminating vibrations even when landing on waves.
Typically equipped with twin Mercury Verado V6 engines hidden under the stern sundeck (a hallmark of the shipyard), it reaches speeds close to 45 knots while maintaining exceptionally low fuel consumption. The walk-around deck features a stern sundeck above the engine cover, facing seats at the helm area, a convertible bow table, and a generous anchor locker. Inside, a cabin with double bed in the bow triangle, full bathroom and storage areas complete a boat that remains one of the most coveted in its segment.
Although the shipyard no longer manufactures the D28 (its successor in the new boat range is the D29 Open), it remains fully active in charter fleets across Europe.

The Loki, with rates from €1,200/day, is the premium option within the D28 model with upgraded equipment and configuration. Both share the same physical specifications (8.50 m length, 9 guests, hidden engines) and the same De Antonio DNA.
If your priority is price without compromising the quality of the brand, the Habeas Corpus is your choice. If you want the equipment upgrade within the D28 model, consider the Loki.
