Charter Terms — De Antonio Yachts D36 Open in Ibiza
Everything you need to know before boarding
Schedule
The day charter has a duration of 8 hours. Standard schedule from 10:00 to 18:00, adjustable according to your preferences. Meeting point: mooring 244 at Botafoc port. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for check-in with your skipper.
Booking and payment
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due before boarding. We accept bank transfer, card and cash. You will receive an email confirmation with your contract, charter conditions and exact berth location. For new clients, a deposit of 30% of the charter fee may be requested as APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance), from which fuel consumption, additional expenses and any damage incurred during the charter will be deducted.
Fuel
Fuel is not included in the price. It is invoiced based on actual consumption at the end of the day. The D36 Jabato has an average consumption of 95 litres/hour at cruising speed. Your skipper optimises the route to balance enjoyment and fuel use.
Cancellation and bad weather:
If weather conditions do not allow safe navigation, we will offer you a free date change. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. You will not lose your money.

Designed to combine the performance of a sport yacht with the liveability of a compact cruiser, the D36 represents the definitive leap of the shipyard from speedboat manufacturer to yacht builder.
