What every owner asks before deciding
How much can I earn?
It depends on the model, rate, availability, occupancy, costs and financing. We will prepare three scenarios with all the assumptions visible.
Can I use it in August?
Yes, as long as those dates are reserved in the plan. The assessment will show how they affect availability for charter.
Who uses my boat?
Selected clients who always sail with a professional De Antonio Yachts Ibiza skipper. The selection, deposit, insurance and inventory policy is detailed in the management agreement.
What happens if there is damage?
The deposit, insurance, incident report and inspection procedures agreed in the contract apply. We only publish confirmed cover.
Who pays for fuel?
On charter days, fuel is billed to the client based on consumption. How it is handled on your private days is set out in your proposal.
Is there a guaranteed minimum occupancy?
No. We present scenarios with visible assumptions, never a guaranteed occupancy.
Can I stop chartering it out?
It depends on the term and conditions of the management agreement, which you will know before signing.
Can I sell the boat?
Yes, subject to your contractual commitments. The team can look into a resale or Plan Renove.
